Praneeta is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over nineteen years of experience in the medical field serving in diverse roles across clinical, administrative, and patient-care settings. As a registered nurse for twelve years, she worked in the Emergency Department at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Asante Immediate Care, post-surgical unit, and served as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.

She completed her graduate degree with honors and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Upon graduation, she participated in the FNP Residency Program at La Clinica as a primary care provider. Praneeta values community involvement and is committed to high-quality care.
