Ramsey Ave, Grants Pass, OR 97527; and 500 5th St, Brookings, OR 97415.<\/h3>\n<h3>Requirements are medical degree or foreign equivalent. Completion of Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship, and also Interventional Cardiology Fellowship. Eligible to obtain or has obtained an Oregon medical license. Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine, in Cardiovascular Disease, and in Interventional Cardiology. Duties are physician who diagnoses, treats, and helps prevent diseases and disorders of the heart and blood vessels. Develop, implement and evaluate patient treatment plans. Interpret, report and consult on cardiology testing including echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, standard stress testing, cardiac catheterization, echo stress testing, electrocardiograms, event recordings, holter monitoring. Complete transesophageal echocardiography and cardiac catheterizations, complete reports, and prescribe medications accordingly.
