* In Medford, studies will be performed at the RVMC Cardiac Services Department located in the same building as the Medford branch of the practice. (Direct scheduling line: 541-789-3145). All tests are interpreted and technical staff managed by the cardiologists of Southern Oregon Cardiology.

In Grants Pass, studies will be performed at the Three Rivers Cardiac Services Department located in the same building as the Grants Pass branch of the practice. (Direct scheduling line: 541-472-7140). All tests are interpreted and technical staff managed by the cardiologists of Southern Oregon Cardiology.

**Ambulatory Monitoring is scheduled at the local hospital (RVMC or Three Rivers Community Hospital). Interpretation of the studies are completed by the cardiologists of Southern Oregon Cardiology.
