What if I have no insurance?

Though we expect payment for services rendered, we understand some people require special consideration. If you communicate your specific needs with our trained business office staff, we are very willing to work with you.

How do I get my medication refilled?

Please call your pharmacist directly for refills. The pharmacist will call or fax your request to us (allow 24 hours for the process to complete).

What if I have recurrent or unstable heart symptoms and want to reach someone after the office is closed?

For severe symptoms, please call 911 directly. If the symptoms are non-life threatening, a cardiologist is on-call 24 hours per day. Call 541-282-6606 and the answering service will notify the cardiologist.

How will I learn the results of tests?

Sometimes, the cardiologist will schedule a follow-up visit to review all test results. Other times, you will receive a phone call or letter from us, usually within two weeks. If you haven't heard from us in three weeks, please call.

What preparations do I make for my cardiac test?

Each test is different and requires different instructions. The scheduling or clinical staff will educate you directly. Go to the Prepare for Visit section to learn more.

Is my privacy protected?
